ATIKU’S CAMPAIGN DIRECTOR GENERAL LEAVES PDP FOR APC
Umar Kumo, the campaign director for PDP presidential advancement for Atiku Abubakar, as asserted from the Peoples Democratic Party to All Progressives Congress. Senator Kumo who is from Gombe state holding the north-east DG for PDP’s presidential campaign, even if His defection from PDP is uncomfirm. The former youth leader of the PDP in Nuku- Sabon Gari ward of Abaji Area Council. The former youth leader said he and other members had been in PDP for so long about 1999 or more and they were abandoned by the party they worked for, he was interrogated on Wednesday, January 9,2019 Yandu said since the party had abandoned them, they decided to join with the moving train of APC after series of consultations with some of his former PDP members in the area. the Campaign Council of the People’s Democratic Party also asserted that some thugs that are hired are planning to disturb the campaign rally in jos of its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar. The Plateau state PDP chairman, Damishi Sango, said in his statement on Friday, January 11, alleged that the party had gotten remarkable reports that thugs were preparing to harass, and attack PDP officials at a scheduled rally on Saturday, January 12, at the Polo Field, Jos.
